OUR GUEST ROOMS
Each room at 376 is unique, and is its own private space inside our large property. All rooms showcase flatscreen TVs and have drawers or a shelving unit to store your clothing. Bedside tables host lamps with wireless phone charging pads built into their base. Most rooms include desks and a task char, along with an additional reading chair as well. There are no ensuite bathrooms.
Bathrooms are shared on the hallways and are lockable for privacy. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, two more on the second, and one on the third floor. Guests may use any bathroom at any time, so there should always be one available!
Our "Premium Rooms" offer king beds and a larger square footage. Two of our "Premium Rooms" also have a second fold-out bed. Our "Perfect Spaces" provide queen beds and set the standard for clean and comfortable at amazing values. Our "Cute and Cozy" rooms feature queen beds in efficient smaller spaces where you can get a great sleep.
COMMON AREAS
This large home has several spaces where you can get away from it all, relax with family, friends, any maybe even meet some fellow travelers. The Game Room entertains with a huge 75" flat screen TV, a large sectional couch, an arcade style Pac-Man and video game system. The Game Room is stocked with fun games to play, puzzles to try, some books, and has a computer with printer for your office needs.
Each of the first two floors has its own full kitchen and eating area. The third floor has a kitchenette. Coffee and tea makers are available on every floor!
The back yard features a fire pit and BBQ grill. There are two sets of coin operated laundry machines (we provide the detergent and softener sheets) in the front of the building which can be used at any hour. The front entry also has sitting chairs and another computer for guest use.

PREMIUM ROOMS
Our "Premium Rooms" are our largest guest rooms. All have king beds, 50" or larger TVs, desks, side chairs, and bedside tables with lamps and wireless phone chargers. Room 106 has a twin size futon as a second bed and room 212 has a queen size pull-out couch.
PERFECT SPACES
Our "Perfect Spaces" are comfortable and enjoyable. All have queen beds, 45"-50" TVs, desks, side chairs, and bedside tables with lamps and wireless phone chargers. These rooms set the standard for clean and comfortable.
CUTE AND COZY
Our "Cute and Cozy" rooms give you everything you need in an efficient package. They are our smallest and most economical rooms. They have everything you need and won't disappoint those in search of a great sleep.
